“The Rock Program began efforts three years ago to align dedicated resources to support the continued development of our coaching staff while providing our players resources, outside of what they are learning at our camps, practices and clinics, important to their development”, comments George Parks COO — Rock Lacrosse, “our current generation of coaches and players benefit immensely from dedicated resources to support not only what they are teaching and learning on the field, but what they have access to in the forms of instructional content and classroom level instruction. Rock began a search in early 2017 to find the right candidate to fill this role and sometime around the spring we connected with Coach Whitty and there was instant synergy with our program goals and his interests in contributing to the development of players at the club lacrosse level. It is a big addition to our staff and one that will deliver long-term benefit to the Rock Lacrosse program”, ends Parks.

Rock Lacrosse will be holding tryouts for our Fall 2018/Summer 2019 teams on August 5th and 12th at St. Paul’s School — Brooklandville, Maryland and on August 19th and 26 at Red Rose Arena — Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
