What Made You Decide to Commit to this College/University?
The educational oppurtunities, the location, and the coaching staff are all amazing and extremely supportive.
How would you describe the recruiting process?
My recruiting process was unique. I was relatively un-recruited my freshman and sophomore years. I attended the Blue Chip 225 camp in Amherst, and suddenly my recruiting took off. I was getting a lot of attention from D3 and D2 schools, and a few D1s, but in the end D3 felt like the best fit for me. Coach Neff at Carthage college was extremely helpful, and the moment I stepped on campus I knew that I had found my home.
What’s your favorite
Chipotle
Qdoba
What kind of sticks do you play with?
I use an Epoch lacrosse shaft, and the head really differs depending on what I have around the house (normally STX).
High School season Outlook?
We’re looking to win another CIF championship. We fell short last year in a tough OT match, but this feels like our year.
What do you want to major in?
Either a pre-medical route, or pharmaceuticals.
What are your hobbies?
Besides lacrosse, I enjoy sailing, running, reading, and watching hockey.
What’s it like being a high school lacrosse player ?
Being a high school lacrosse player is actually a lot of work. We balance high level athletics with high level academics. We’ll practice late at night, and still have homework to do once we get home. Yet all of us love it. We aren’t required to come out and play lacrosse every day, we get to come out and play lacrosse every day.
Anybody you would like to Thank?
I’d like to thank my mother for always sticking by me, my dad for inspiring me, and my girlfriend Jordan Stephens for supporting me in all my actions.
