What’s the best holiday gift you’ve ever gotten?

I’d have to say the Powerbeats headphones I got last Christmas are the best holiday gift I’ve ever got. Whenever I’m training for lacrosse or working out those headphones are lights out. They stay in place, have super solid sound and are sweatproof.

What Made You Decide to Commit to this College/University?

The University of Vermont was exactly what I was looking for during the recruiting process. It has stellar academics, a great lacrosse program and a campus that I absolutely fell in love with. The coaching staff made me feel extremely welcome and it immediately felt like home to me.

How would you describe the recruiting process?

Initially, it was a bit stressful as my family and I had never gone through it before, however, after we started to narrow down our list to where we truly wanted tour, the process became a lot easier. After receiving calls from various schools we decided to narrow down our list more and more until we knew what schools we were most interested in. Since, I was in 9th grade I had always wanted to go to Vermont and when they called I was absolutely thrilled, however, my parents emphasized the importance of seeing another school to make sure I knew Vermont was right for me. As soon as I stepped on campus at Vermont it felt like home and after touring another school I was even more confident in my decision.
