PRLB: Why did you choose Frostburg?

EA: I chose Frostburg for many reasons, but all in all because it was truly the best option for myself and my family. From my first visit on, I fell in love with everything about the school, people, and the lacrosse program. The team is filled with talent and run by an amazing coach, and I feel that I can make a positive impact right away. The school’s recent switch to Division 2, and having friends already attending there helped make the decision even easier.

PRLB: How would you describe the recruiting process?

EA: The recruiting process was a long and thorough task. It took lots of time and effort to reach out to coaches across the country through means like email, text, social media, and word of mouth. Attempting to contact coaches took much perseverance because there are many instances in which you don’t get a response. It was all about never giving up on the goal, and being persistent in trying to make good connections. Over time, interest grew and grew, and it came to the point where I had to do my due diligence in finding out where the best fit is for my family and I both academically and athletically. Through much thinking and consideration, and many visits, I knew 100% what school I wanted to pursue a future with.

EA: Maryland Xtreme-Revolution

PRLB: Anywhere in the world you’d like to visit?

EA: The Caribbean

PRLB: What kind of sticks do you play with?

PRLB: How did your High School season end?

PRLB: What do you want to Major in?

EA: Psychology

PRLB: What are your hobbies?

EA: All sports such as lacrosse, soccer, basketball, and many more. Listening to music.

PRLB: What’s it like being a high school lacrosse player ?

EA: It is a great experience filled with valuable relationships, and much hard work. There is nothing like scoring a big goal in a big game, and celebrating with your team.

Anyone that you would like to thank?

EA: First, I would like to thank God for my abilities and this opportunity to continue playing the sport I love. I want to thank my wonderful parents, sister, and family for their endless love and support. Thank you to all of my coaches for everything they’ve taught me, and all of the college coaches who had their interest in me. Finally, I would like to thank all of my friends and teammates for their constant encouragement.
